Excellent Clipper Aviation VNY service center handling and maintenance on my new Piper M600SLS. I had a maintenance squawk that turned out to be difficult to diagnose. But Clipper did so and worked promptly to process under warranty claim. They provided excellent customer service throughout including responding to emails and questions and keeping me informed. The new Clipper facility at VNY is very nice and the team there is energized and customer focused. Highly recommend them.
Our airplane has a broken key and I got stuck over Catalina island for a night and had no way go get it back in the air. I shared my situation on social media and Alex reached out to me. He flew out from Van Nuys to Catalina with his technician in the early morning and fixed everything before the rain comes. I flew back home safe! Awesome service!
Now I will always have his number saved every time I fly to Catalina, just in case!
